The Rancho de Chimayó is owned and operated by the Jaramillo family. Consistently delicious and reasonably priced New Mexican dishes are served and it's hard to deny the enchanting ambiance with a crackling fireplace in winter or, in summer, dine on the terraced patio under the shade of catalpa trees.

El Parasol is a favorite of locals who enjoy many of their family recipe items. In addition to the carry-out location adjacent to El Paragua Restaurant in Espanola, New Mexico, there are five additional locations in three Northern New Mexico counties with fast food carry-out and some dine-in/carry-out locations.

Locally owned and operated the menu offerings at Italian Infusion entice with traditional Italian entrees, sandwiches, salads, antipasti and vegetarian dishes along with Northern New Mexico fusions such as Green Chile Alfredo.
